Testimonials

On 6/26/2026 Michael S. had this to say:
Our gas fireplace required servicing and cleaning. Fireplace Plus, Vernon Hills, IL, was recommended. From our initial in-person store meeting, interacting with Office Manager Celeste for scheduling and Kevin, the service technician, the entire process was seamless and fluid. Thank you.

On 6/3/2026 Christine Wiedmayer had this to say:
I’ve worked with them on two projects and the customer service is truly exceptional. This is clearly a firmly established, family business that takes pride in their name and reputation. Neal and his son, Connor, are awesome to work with and truly care about delivering a great customer experience!

On 4/1/2026 Anthony S. had this to say:
From start to finish the fireplace plus crew did a phenomenal job. Going through the showroom picking out what we needed and what would work for us was very simple. Brandon did a great job of helping us through that process. Installation was even easier, and after he was completed and cleaned up, did not look like he was even there. Could not recommend them more.

On 4/1/2026 Tony Saia had this to say:
From start to finish the Fireplace Plus crew did a great job. We worked our way through the showroom and worked with Brandon to find the perfect setup. Installation could not have gone better as it was set up w zero issues and it looks fantastic! Could not recommend them more!

On 3/23/2026 Christopher Rosinski had this to say:
We reached out to Fireplaces Plus to replace an old ethanol fireplace in our home. They were quick to respond, quick to come to home, and quick to answer our questions. In the end, we were unable to move forward to the age of the home and chimney. But, their guys were upfront on the risks and costs, communicated effectively, and helpful in sorting through the complication. We'll definitely reach out again once we resolve these items.
